Our Fees and Payment Options . . .

We have a range of fees for self-funding clients, insured clients, and organisations.

Self-funding clients are charged at a discounted rate of £80 per session Special Offer Initial Session £40 until 15th May

Insured clients and those funded by organisations are charged at a rate of £110 per session.  These sessions are only available with a chartered psychologist at present.  (Sessions last for 50 minutes).

Sally also offers a reduced rate for first appointments for students and NHS employees.

Payment Options

We accept payment by debit or credit card, cash or cheque.

After the initial session we also offer the facility to pay by bank transfer. Your therapist will be happy to discuss this with you.

Insured Clients

If you wish to pay for sessions using a health insurance policy please mention this when booking your appointment. It is also important that you speak to your insurance provider before arranging your appointment. They will be able to advise you what they require you to do before beginning therapy.

They may require you to obtain a referral from your GP or a mental health specialist before they will authorise your claim. You will also need to obtain an authorisation number from your insurer which your therapist will need before starting therapy.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48hrs notice when cancelling or changing an appointment, otherwise the full fee is payable.

If you can't avoid cancelling please give as much as notice as possible - if we can fill your appointment, we won't charge you.

We regret the need to have this policy but unfortunately your therapist incurs costs if clients do not attend booked appointments or cancel them at short notice.

Weekend Bookings

We currently do not offer weekend appointments.  However, our reception team are available to take your call.
