Making an Appointment...

Our friendly reception team will talk through what you are looking for, and help you find the right therapist to help you.  You can read the therapists profiles to help you find the right practitioner for you.  You won't have to discuss your problem with the receptionist. We also accept referrals from health and medical professionals, businesses and voluntary organisations.

Making an appointment with one of our psychologists, counsellors, or therapist is easy.  All you need to do is ring us on 0131 610 0445, or click here to email us.

Once your appointment is arranged we will email with details confirming your booking including details of how to find us.

Our reception is open from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and from 8:30 am to 5:30pm on Saturday.

What to expect at your first appointment?

Your first appointment is a chance for you to talk through the issues you’re having and to ask your psychologists or therapist any questions you may have. It’s not unusual to feel a bit worried about meeting with a therapist for the first time, and our highly experienced therapists will help to put you at ease.

You can also arrange a free telephone consultation with one of our therapists to answer any questions you may have before your first appointment. There is absolutely no obligation for you to book further appointments at this stage, but if you feel ready to arrange a follow up appointment your therapist will be able to organise this for you.

If for any reason you feel your practitioner isn’t the right one for you, just let us know and we will be very happy to redirect you to another therapist.

Cancelling or changing an appointment

If you need to cancel or change your appointment we ask that you give us 48hrs notice so that the space can be offered to another client, and so the practice does not incur costs for your session.

We will always do our best to find an alternative time that suits you.
